Yes this show was as awesome as you think it might be. This traveling taco show visited 10 cities while crushing traditional and experimental tacos that sometimes weren't even tacos.
As the Post Production Supervisor on season 2 of this Aaron Sanchez (Iron Chef) fronted tour of latin cuisine I managed a team of editors, assistant editors and post production coordinators through the post process from ingest through delivery for the Cooking Channel.

Season 4 of Prospectors on the Weather Channel would surely be its finest, mostly because of the excellent post production supervision. This show was one of the last still filming and delivering on HDCAM tape stock.
